We source and direct trade the finest cacao from around the world, cacao which is full of flavour and complexity, to turn it into exceptional chocolate. Our search takes us to the jungles of South America, the tropical islands of the Pacific Islands & Caribbean and sun drenched valleys of Northern Madagascar.
The chosen origin is carefully evaluated to see which combination of roast, conch and sweetness will bring to life the bean’s true nature, to create a chocolate that is a reflection of its origin.
All our dark chocolate is made using only three ingredients: Organic Cacao Beans (except Venezuela), Organic Cane Sugar and Organic Cocoa Butter.
